At Lyshas Glam, we are committed to making sure your order reaches you safely and on time.

We currently deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Please make sure your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are correct when placing your order.

Lyshas Glam is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the courier may make another delivery attempt.

If the parcel is returned to Lyshas Glam due to an unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
